Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened, used, or damaged-after-delivery items.

Returns and refunds may only be accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is an issue caused by our fulfillment process.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A short explanation of the problem

If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used fragrance products
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delivery delays outside our control
- Items damaged after delivery
